Hannah Lawton had this to say about JACAD
"I was a competitive trampolinist from a very young age and I started dancing aged 15 just for fun and to compliment my training. However I quickly fell in love with dancing and performing so aged 17 I decided to seek more advanced classes with the hope that I could improve before attempting to pursue a career in the arts. Luckily I found JACAD, which enabled me to dance most days of the week. Being taught by the teachers at JACAD was a big shock to the system but was exactly what I was looking for. They really helped prepare me for the demands of full time dance school and pushed me so I could see what I was capable of. I was amazed by the talented girls and the standard they had reached from training at JACAD from a young age. After a year of training with Jayne I gained a 50% scholarship to Tiffany Theatre College. I graduated from Tiffanys after the 2 year course, I knew after a couple of days there that I had previously made the right move in joining JACAD because the set up and style of teaching was so similar to that of a professional accredited college, like Tiffanys. After a very late start in dance I am so grateful so be living my dream. Thanks to Mrs Coleman, Mrs Brown and everyone else at JACAD for helping me on my way. "
