Rebecca Hodge had this to say about JACAD

"I have absolutely no doubt that I would not be where I am now had I not attended Jayne Coleman Academy of Dance. I was taught by Jayne and Carol from the age of 6 until I left to attend The London Studio Centre at 18. I was able to develop my performance skills in the school productions, and I have lots of special and happy memories. Jayne’s vision and talent for creating imaginative choreography resulting in thoroughly entertaining shows were an inspiration to me. Being in the JACAD Company meant I was regularly involved in Dance festivals. These were great opportunities to learn about team work in a competitive environment, extremely useful for any career! My experiences at All England National Finals will always stay with me. My technical skills improved and matured through Jayne and Carol’s great experience and aptitude for nurturing potential in their students. They both encouraged me relentlessly and taught me how to be disciplined and determined to achieve and it paved the way for me to be offered scholarships at Performing Arts colleges and my career in Musical Theatre. The Academy has grown so much since I have left. The pupils amaze me with the high standards they achieve. Along with other past pupils I always love my return visits to the school, it was such a big part of my life."
