Dear parents and pupils:

We understand this is a concerning time and we would like to reassure everyone that we are continuing to follow the guidance issued by Public Health England regarding Covid-19.

At present JACAD will continue to run classes until advised otherwise or until schools and other educational premises are advised to close.

We request that parents and pupils bear the following in mind:

– To minimise non-essential contact, we ask that parents do not congregate in the waiting areas at JACAD. Please drop off your child and leave the building wherever possible.

– We also recommend that grandparents do not do drop offs/pick ups at JACAD wherever possible.

– People who have a new, continuous cough, or a fever, should self-isolate for 14 days and NOT attend class.

– People who live in a household with someone who has the above, should also self-isolate for 14 days and NOT attend class.

– People who have returned from Category 1 & 2 specified countries/areas in the last 14 days should self-isolate. Do not attend classes at JACAD if you are in this category.

– Please continue to uphold high hygiene standards, washing hands before and after class at JACAD and following the NHS advice with regards to your health.

Please be assured that we are carrying out regular cleaning at the studios.

Please note that should classes need to be cancelled in future, we will provide updated information relating to this and any possible implications this may lead to (e.g. remote learning, exams and so on.)
