Conditioning
Body Conditioning is provided as a way to improve pupils strength, fitness, and flexibility.
The class is aimed at the older end of the school, and incorporates a cardio warm-up with stretches, kicks, and strengthening adage. The pupils also work on their abdominal muscles and core strength. Stretching aids including thera-bands may also be used to improve facility of the legs and feet.
Conditioning is a great class for improving flexibility and strengthening your syllabus work and is designed to work alongside the core classes.
