Dance Proms 2012

JACAD enjoyed enormous success at the Dance Proms 2012 and we would like to say a massive congratulations to all of the students and parents involved! JACAD performed ‘Far From Over’ to an enthusiastic audience of 5000, with audience members including Darcey Bussell and Wayne Sleep. We were amongst great company – a line up of 24 other dance schools all showcasing the very best of UK dance talent.

The show was presented by TV presenter and Dance Proms patron Chris Hollins. It included memorable guest performances from Strictly Come Dancing’s Darren Bennett & Lilia Kopylova and Top Hat’s Tom Chambers & Summer Strallen.

Jayne says, “The Dance Proms was such a spectacular evening. Our JACAD dancers relished every second of their performance, adding another string to their bow! To dance in the Royal Albert Hall was a privilege, to be chosen from so many other dancing schools and to be one of the few in the programme was a lovely way to end another very successful year at the school.”
