Please read the latest show letter sent in Feb 2025, linked below.
Please remember the rehearsals are every Sunday in March – you will have already noted dates; please can you now note the timings. To be clear Sunday 2nd March rehearsal is at the Harriet Walter Theatre (where we will be performing). The remaining Sundays in March will be at Pinewood, along with our final rehearsal (Friday 28th March) In addition to these rehearsals, you will have already received the Pinewood Rehearsal Weekly Schedule, which will continue also until the end of term.
With only just over six weeks until the show it is essential for your child to attend every rehearsal that she/he is dancing in. I thank you for all the effort made to attend all classes so far, it is much appreciated, however, we have had absentees and would re-iterate that every pupil has a role to play in the show and when pupils are absent it affects progress and is not fair on them or their fellow dancers. I would hope that we will have 100% commitment from now until the show. Attending all rehearsals will give every pupil enough time to get used to the show order/scene order and exits and entrances, ensuring confidence and enjoyment.
Also, for all those parents who have not completed a SHOW consent form, this is now urgent. Please can you complete by following the link above.

Weekly Rehearsal Timetable

Please find below details relating to the weekly timetable, allowing for choreography to take place where classes are joined for show purposes. The start date for our show weekly timetable is 1^st week of February with the exception of the Thursday modern classes which start w/c 20 Jan.

JACAD Show T-Shirts

Our Show T-shirts are a wonderful memory for your children and will be available to order after half term. Each t-shirt is designed with individual cast members name on the back and the show details on the front. They are a lovely keepsake. We will have samples to try at rehearsals and would ask that all orders are made with payment in cash. T-shirts will be £16 for both Adult and Child sizes. These will also be available to all Chaperones, backstage helpers, should they wish to purchase whilst helping.
